Language Translation Statistical Approach Published By IBM TJ Watson
A language translation approach for automatic translation of natural languages is developed. Statistical techniques are used to extract information from databases that are large enough. The method works by translating available large pair of related texts, which can be of different languages. The step for translation is: (i) Divide the input text to fit it into locations (ii) make use of dictionary and context information to translate into the target language (iii) Arrange the pieces of text to make a proper sentence in the target language.
