Because of variability and noise, Autonomous device navigation is always a major problem in robotics and vision. But ALVINN (An Autonomous Land Vehicle in a Neural Network) provided a solution to this problem. ALVINN neural network uses a camera to take images and a laser device to find the range and produces the directions to travel accurately by following the path.
