The Chinese Room Argument Program is designed using Turing Test techniques. It describes that a program executed by a digital computer cannot hold characteristics like “mind,” “understanding,” or “consciousness.” Searle experimented by taking some Chinese characters as input, following instructions, and producing their set of Chinese characters.
